Quick start

Get a Daakia meeting running in your app in under ten minutes. This guide uses the React SDK — every other framework follows the same three steps.

1. Create a sandbox API key

Sign up for a free sandbox from the Developers page. No sales call, no credit card — you get an apiKey immediately.

2. Install the SDK

# npm
npm install @daakia/react-sdk

# yarn
yarn add @daakia/react-sdk

3. Initialize the client

import { DaakiaClient } from '@daakia/react-sdk'

const client = new DaakiaClient({
  apiKey: process.env.DAAKIA_API_KEY,
  region: 'in-south'
})

That’s it — client.startMeeting() opens your first call. Continue to Authentication for production API keys, or Webhooks to receive AI summaries server-side.
